maintains a wide - ranging data bank of candidates for all professions.
This system enables our staff to rapidly decide the most applicable
candidate for a given vacancy and whether the candidate is available
for recruitment.
2. Mawared
is experienced in generating candidates through personal contacts,
especially those of rare expertise.
3. In case of more applicants are required than those
available from the data bank, Mawared
suggests, designs and publishes employment advertisements in the most
spreading paper (The Egyptian Al-Ahram) at the paper's actual cost.
We have studied the habits of job seekers thoroughly and have developed
an advertising system, which specifically seeks the required applicants.

OF CANDIDATES

is staffed with capable interviewers who could just decide the most
suitable candidates against your requirements, carrying that burden
off your company. We conduct most of the necessary interviewing tests
in addition to evaluating the candidate's personal character.
2. We have developed a vast experience in preparation
of interview workshops for the client, suggested schedule of interviews,
control of appointments and follow up on potential candidates .In
addition we offer our office space free of charge for the interview
to be held in.
FOLLOW - UP SYSTEM
1. Mawared
maintains a comprehensive system to fully update the client of each
stage taking place and obtain the client's approval regarding the
relative recruitment phase.
2. Our Finance Department maintains an accurate up-to-date
account for each client, and invoices our respective clients systematically
according to the relevant contractual agreement.
3. We keep a full record of each recruitment case
as a reference.
